Qualification Process.
We use an application to determine if a renter qualifies to rent this property.
We are looking for rental and work references, and need to be able to qualify your income to ensure the ability to pay rent.
The application fee is $25 per adult.
We need a copy of the driver's license for every adult on the lease.
Every adult planning to stay at the property needs to be on the lease.
Please include supporting information in regard to your income qualification.
Application Fee will need to be paid in cash or money order.
There will be no refunds on denied applications.
