    • We provide 3 convenient ways for rent to be paid.

  • Expedited Maintenance & Repairs

    • We partner with and dispatch over a dozen different crews (#1 maker of happy tenants, quick problem resolution)

  • Monthly Accounting (Records/Reporting)

    • We are most proud of our accounting systems, processes, reports, etc. (2 major CPA clients agree 😊)

    • Auto deposits directly into your bank account

    • Tax assistance at end of year (1099)

    • Online owner portal for full transparency, any and all maintenance receipts loaded for view.

  • Property Inspections

    • We do visual inspections on regular basis, as well all maintenance teams are trained to do mini-inspections, pictures, with direct updates to the property manager

  • Eviction Assistance (Managing the eviction process if needed)

    • Prices fluctuate, but we do keep an Attorney on retainer and our eviction rates are close to half of DIY evictions.

Option 2 - Leasing Service

Are you capable of or just enjoy managing your own property? If so, our leasing service may be for you. We provide the marketing of the property and tenant screening, once we have found a qualified tenant you are charged a one-time leasing fee and there is no further obligation.

Fee equivalent to 1 month rent

Option 3 - The same as option 1 but without the expedited maintence

EVICITION INSURANCE (Additional Fee)
If a tenant we placed must be evicted from a rental property that we manage, we will pay the cost of court filing fees for the eviction.

HOW IT WORKS
We understand how frustrating it is when a tenant violates their lease agreement and the financial implications for property owners. It’s an unfortunate fact that some tenancies end in eviction. For an additional fee, you don’t have to worry about the costs for an eviction. We not only handle the eviction process, but we cover the filing fees associated with the eviction.
