Auto deposits directly into your bank account
Tax assistance at end of year (1099)
Online owner portal for full transparency, any and all maintenance receipts loaded for view.
Property Inspections
We do visual inspections on regular basis, as well all maintenance teams are trained to do mini-inspections, pictures, with direct updates to the property manager
Eviction Assistance (Managing the eviction process if needed)
Prices fluctuate, but we do keep an Attorney on retainer and our eviction rates are close to half of DIY evictions.

Option 2 - Leasing Service
Are you capable of or just enjoy managing your own property? If so, our leasing service may be for you. We provide the marketing of the property and tenant screening, once we have found a qualified tenant you are charged a one-time leasing fee and there is no further obligation.
Fee equivalent to 1 month rent
Option 3 - The same as option 1 but without the expedited maintence
